04_Meditation 947

In Meditation, Je Shen creates an immersive landscape dominated by a stunning display of pink blossoms. The monumental scale of the tree contrasts with the diminutive size of the two figures, who are making their way through the landscape along a path. The richness of the paint and the predominance of pink transform the scene into a suspended, intimate and contemplative space, where human presence blends silently with nature.
