Biography
Painter, singer and musician, Alessandro Casetti was born in Bagno di Romagna, in the province of Forlì-Cesena, in 1981. He graduated from the Art Institute of Sansepolcro and later attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence.
His exhibition career began in 2002 with Galleria d’Arte Mentana in Florence. Over the years, Casetti has transformed his passion for art and painting into a professional career, exhibiting internationally. In 2013, he exhibited at Reuss Galerie in Berlin and became actively involved in Arts Factory, an academy dedicated to artistic education and experimentation in the Romagna hills, where he served as vice president and taught painting, drawing and life drawing.
In 2015, he was invited to San Francisco and Government Camp, Oregon, for two performances on iron, and later participated in an artist residency in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He currently collaborates with galleries in the Netherlands, Italy, Germany and Taiwan.
