Where we ship
Palma Arte ships within Italy and worldwide through selected express couriers.
How we ship
Each artwork is carefully packed using professional materials specifically designed for the transport of artworks, ensuring maximum protection during transit.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within approximately 5 working days from payment confirmation.
- Italy: delivery in 2-3 working days
- International: delivery times may vary depending on destination
Shipping costs
Shipping costs typically range from €40 to €900, depending on the type of artwork. The final cost is determined by several factors, including:
- size of the artwork
- level of fragility
- shipping destination
Shipment tracking
All shipments are fully trackable. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery.
Insurance
Shipping insurance can be arranged upon request to cover potential damage or loss during transit.
Customs duties and taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery and inspection
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the condition of the package. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence.
Liability
Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, Palma Arte is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping service.
