26_The girl and the leaves

In her large canvases, displayed without frames as if they were vast tapestries, Valeria Patrizi seeks a balance of form through lines and patches, using coffee, tea and bitumen. In her constant search for a new and symbolic conception of the human figure, she focuses on the image of the woman; the only one in whom she can lose herself and find herself again.
