In this large-scale work, Luca Bellandi renews classicism, transforming it into a vital gesture, where the tranquillity of a marble sculpture is overwhelmed by an intense and pulsating chromatic presence. Against a deep, theatrical black background, the whiteness of the sculpted figure glows, while brightly coloured roses - red, orange, yellow and pink - emerge like flashes of energy that break the immobility of time. The free and vibrant brushstrokes create a fluid dialogue between ancient and contemporary, giving life to a work of magnetic charm.
