In this oil on wood, a woman dressed in a flamboyant red dress stands at the top of the stairs of what could be an underground. The only colour that stands out is the red of her dress; the rest of the scene is dominated by delicate, neutral colours. The woman depicted seems to have lost something and instils in the viewer a sense of expectation and curiosity, typical of the artist Fabio Calvetti, leaving room for his imagination.
