This composition by the Italian artist Paolo Loschi is divided visually into two parts, each representing waves of the sea in different stages. On the left, the waves rise in bright tones of green and blue, capturing the energy of a stormy sea, while on the right, calm makes its way with softer shades of blue and white, evoking a calm water at sunset.

Loschi uses mixed techniques, combining acrylic and ink to create a rich texture that gives life to the waves. Fluid, dynamic brushstrokes convey the movement of water, while subtle details add depth and reflections. This duality not only celebrates the strength and serenity of the sea, but also invites reflection on the continuous dance between chaos and calm in nature.
