In this large acrylic on wood composition by artist Andrea Giovannini, two small planes are flying over an endless expanse of ocean. The water nuances and transparencies are achieved through the use of acrylic, a technique widely used by the Italian artist. Nature is sovereign and the two planes become the objective correlative of a hectic everyday life.
