In this large-scale work, Luca Bellandi transforms classicism into an explosion of life and movement, subverting the stillness of the marble sculpture with a painterly exuberance that captures the eye. Against a deep black background, which enhances the whiteness of the sculpted figure, roses bloom in vibrant colors-red, orange, yellow and pink-as symbols of a vital energy bursting through the silence of time.
